These 1:1 coaching sessions create space to explore what’s driving stress, overwhelm, or self-doubt and help you build habits that restore clarity and balance.

Focus areas include:

  • Balancing ambition with wellbeing

  • Navigating change and uncertainty with confidence

Available for individuals or as part of leadership coaching programmes.

*I hold a BSc in Neuroscience & Psychology, and further qualifications in: Neurolinguistic Programming, Mental Health Counselling, Pattern Psychology, Trauma Therapy, Yoga Therapy - equipping me with the tools to support both individuals and organisations in achieving their full potential.

 

 

Yoga & Meditation

Movement and mindfulness to restore energy and focus.

Accessible yoga, breathwork, and meditation sessions designed to help you recharge whether you’re an individual seeking balance or a team looking to invest in collective wellbeing.

Options include:

  • 1:1 or private small-group sessions (in-person in London or online)

  • Team or company classes - great for offsites, retreats, or regular wellness sessions

  • Themed workshops (stress release, grounding, creative flow, or recovery)

All sessions are inclusive, accessible, and focused on making wellbeing practical not performative.

*Over 1000HR Yoga training: YTT200 Hatha & Iyengar Yoga, YTT300 Yoga Therapy, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yoga for Mental Health, Inversion Fundamentals, Anatomy Advanced.
